Praise them. Encourage children to take the first steps or learn a new game helps them develop a desire to explore their environment and learn. Good mental health allows children to think clearly, develop socially and learn new skills. In addition, good friends and encouraging words from adults are important to help children develop self-confidence, good self-esteem and a perception of emotionally healthy life. Both physical and mental health are important.
