Thursday, August 5th, 2010

width="280"Asthma is a chronic disease that causes airways – the tubes that carry air in and out of the lungs – are made aware and swell. In the United States, approximately 20 million people suffer from asthma. Nearly 9 million of them are children. Children have smaller airways than adults, which makes asthma is particularly serious in them. Children with asthma can breathe wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and difficulty, especially early in the morning or at night.

Many things can trigger asthma, including:

* Allergens: mold, pollen, animal
* Irritants: Cigarette smoke, air pollution
* Weather: cold air, climate change
* Exercise
* Infections: flu, common cold

When asthma symptoms become worse, there is an asthma attack. Asthma is treated with two types of drugs for quick relief medicines and stop asthma symptoms and medication to control it long term to prevent the onset of symptoms.

Children Have Different Health Problems

Friday, June 11th, 2010

The World Health Organization states that at least 85% of illnesses are preventable, and an even higher percentage are diet-related disorders.

Today children have different health problems: respiratory allergies, skin or gastrointestinal, diabetes, recurrent infections, ear problems, asthma, hyperactivity, learning disabilities etc.

These problems can usually be solved by providing a healthy environment and diet plays a key role in this.

Change feeding for children is virtually impossible without the cooperation of parents, to positively change the health of your children is essential to have a change of parents in relation to food. It is an issue that can not and should leave school or pediatricians.

The immune system of families does not end in the body of each of the individuals comprising it, but linking them all and that is why we must not neglect our principles to positively impact the health of our children.

Ask a mother who makes a conscious diet for their children has an extraordinary reach in every sense of the future of that family, the body takes up the confidence in himself and tonic after a period of transition that we consider generally the health of all the family is greatly enhanced.

Then I shall freely some points that hopefully will serve to consider the topic:

Avoid eating meats and sausages, cheese and imitation cheese and yellow edible vegetable fat, flour and white sugar, soft drinks and canned food.
