Tuesday, November 15th, 2011

All, who else who least have gone to the doctor on occasion to get a vaccine. From this health blog we want to make your work easier and to answer the question of how much vaccine is at least the most important or major.

The first thing I have to say is that they are all they are, but at least we have gathered the most common and necessary.

Second, existing vaccines can vary from one society to another or from one period to another, and how to classify.
But in general, these show you are the most common vaccines :

- MMR . This vaccine is recommended to treat measles , the rubella or mumps.
- Hepatitis B . It is indicated for groups at risk for sexual contact , relatives of carriers, immunocompromised or for those traveling to exotic countries.

- Varicella. To address this contagious disease vaccine exists. Currently, children just suffer through such varicella vaccine.
- Whooping cough. This is a completely inactive bacilli vaccine, administered intramuscularly and is composed of three doses.
- Flu. There is a vaccine against acute epidemic disease.
- Tetanus. This vaccine is a booster every 10 years. It is also contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Diphtheria . Contraindicated during pregnancy, also has memory phase after 10 years.
- Polio . Today, there are two types of vaccines, whose initials are OPV and IPV (whose initials are very specific language that is beyond the scope of this article).
- Hepatitis A . It is indicated for healthcare workers, drug addicts, family connections, food handler, sexual promiscuity, hemophiliacs, liver disease and closed institutions.
- Pneumococcus . This is the pathogen of some pneumonia.
- Meningococcal . It is the causative organism of certain types of meningitis.

Again, these are not all vaccines are currently only cited the most common and common today.

Child Vaccination
April 24 to May 1 celebrates the national childhood immunization weeks. As in recent years has created much controversy and fear of vaccines, it seems fair to put the facts in perspective. As parents we want to protect our children from EVERYTHING. Upon hearing negative information about vaccines, we are scared. The major concerns are the possibility that vaccines cause autism and vaccines overload the immune system.

Autism

In 1998 a British study suggested that the MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) was associated with 12 cases of children with autism. This created much controversy and fear. In response to this situation, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended that thimerosal be removed condoms (which contains mercury, which is a neurotoxin) vaccines. The flu vaccine still contain thimerosal waste, but other vaccines to date are available free of thimerosal. When this has been published about 7 studies in reputable medical journals, where there is an association between MMR vaccine and autism. The evidence supports the safety of vaccines, which also have taken preventive measures to eliminate thimerosal from them.
