Cereals are a food that contains lots of nutrients and produces many benefits in the body to reduce children cholesterol levels, combat constipation, improve the overall condition of children skin, hair and nails and treat various stomach disorders among other things.

They are a must not miss in children daily diet, it is recommended that eat at the start of children day because it gives him lots of energy. You can buy at any store or market in any variety. The most popular grains are rye, wheat, millet, rice, maize, barley and oats.

Some nutrients that will contribute the cereal: Fiber, Minerals, Protein, Water, Minerals, Vitamins, Carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates give you the energy you need for the day, so include at least one source with every meal and snack. Choosing fibre-rich options will help digestive processes, help lower cholesterol levels, and give you sustained energy between meals.
